If an officer signals for you to pull over, the most likely thing for someone to do would be to pull over and wait to see what he or she wants. If you’ve violated a law, you might stop and wait to get a ticket or listen to the officer’s warning.

For someone who has committed a crime, stopping isn’t on the radar. As a result, a police chase could happen and result in injuries to those involved. That’s what happened in this case.

According to a report, four people have been taken to the hospital following a serious collision in which a stolen vehicle collided with two others. The crash, which took place close to East-470 and Jordan Road, shut down the area around 9:00 p.m., when police arrived on the scene.

Reports from the police state that a driver had attempted to flee during a traffic stop, when officers found the vehicle had been stolen from Denver. Upon entering an intersection, the driver caused a collision with two other vehicles. In total, four people had to be taken to the hospital; two were in the stolen vehicle.

In cases like this one, a single crime becomes multiple when people get hurt as a result of another person’s poor decisions. If you’re hurt because of a fleeing driver or a driver who isn’t obeying traffic laws, know your rights. You have a right to pursue a claim and to seek compensation to cover your medical bills, damages and other financial impacts a crash has on you and your family’s life.
