Our lead attorney, Anthony J. Viorst, has handled hundreds of civil and criminal trials. As a former public defender, he has litigated criminal cases ranging from DUI to drug cases and homicides. He has also written several articles on medical malpractice for The Colorado Lawyer and Trial. He successfully argued an appeal on a personal injury matter involving a medical malpractice claim. That case was selected as the "Case of the Year, 2001" by the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association.
Mr. Viorst is licensed to practice in all Colorado state courts, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals 10th Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. His experience handling complex criminal defense, auto accident, and wrongful death cases informs our entire legal practice.
In addition to aggressively serving each of our clients, we are committed to serving the needs of the greater Denver community.
